People are asking me how do I keep my body fit and young.
Of course, I exercise!
But what about with food intake?
Well, I experiment particularly on drinks.

Let me share you fitness hacks which truly helped with my weight management and to be in shape always!

Tip 1
NO RICE

If you will date me, lucky you, "no rice" meal will save you money.


Tip 2
NO COLD WATER
Drinking cold water esp ice cold after meal bloats your tummy!

Tip 3
EXERCISE

Stretch.
Walk.
Run.
Dance.
Sweat it out!

Tip 4
EXPERIMENT

I'm always experimenting with drinks!
One which truly helped me maintain good metabolism is the mixture of non-fat milk and tea. This is my replacement when I'm craving for milk tea.

HOW?
Oh, you just have to mix 1 tetra pack of nestle non-fat milk and chai li won tea.
Presto! 
Enjoy your homemade milk tea!
