Let me share you fitness hacks which truly helped with my weight management and to be in shape always! Tip 1 NO RICE If you will date me, lucky you, "no rice" meal will save you money. Tip 2 NO COLD WATER Drinking cold water esp ice cold after meal bloats your tummy! Tip 3 EXERCISE Stretch. Walk. Run. Dance. Sweat it out! Tip 4 EXPERIMENT I'm always experimenting with drinks! One which truly helped me maintain good metabolism is the mixture of non-fat milk and tea. This is my replacement when I'm craving for milk tea. HOW? Discerning Intentions - Love is where? I've been thinking I'll write a blog on self-achievement. How accomplishments fulfilled me. Success in school, success in work, in everything...but not in love.
